Operator Terms
Responsibilities for businesses listing and serving events through GrubRoamer.
Version:
Authority and accurate listings
Only claim or manage a business you are authorized to represent. Provide accurate business, contact, license, insurance, menu, pricing, and availability information and keep it current. Report changes that affect a booking promptly. A matching license document does not by itself prove ownership; we may request further information or restrict a disputed claim.
Licensing, insurance, and food safety
You are responsible for applicable licenses, permits, tax obligations, insurance, food handling, staff, vehicle safety, and compliance at each venue. Document checks are administrative checks, not legal, tax, insurance, or food-safety advice. A verification label is not a guarantee of coverage or future compliance. Confirm event-specific requirements before accepting a booking.
Offers and performance
Only offer services you can provide. Clearly state menu, quantities, service duration, staffing, travel, setup, power needs, taxes, additional charges, and exclusions. Disclose allergens and cross-contact limitations accurately; do not promise allergen-free service unless you can deliver it. Honor agreed event terms and inform GrubRoamer promptly if availability or performance changes.
Fees, payment, and cancellation
Review and accept the fee and payout conditions disclosed for the specific booking before committing. No new commission or service-fee rate is established by this page. For payments collected by GrubRoamer, the agreed payment arrangement governs payout after the event and treatment of disputes. Use the Booking & Cancellation Policy to report a cancellation, no-show, or payment problem.
Photos, menus, and documents
Only upload content you own or are authorized to share. You grant permission to display and format your public listing content as described in the Terms of Service. Do not upload private customer information to public profiles. Verification documents are handled under the Privacy Policy, including automated reading by Anthropic and private file storage. Check that you are authorized to disclose information on any uploaded document.
Customer information and communication
Use customer information received through GrubRoamer only to respond to and fulfill the requested event, handle related obligations, or as separately authorized by the customer. Do not add customers to marketing lists without appropriate permission. Optional catering alerts can be changed in your dashboard; essential account and existing-booking messages are separate.
Corrections, removal, and account restrictions
Corrections and listing removal requests are free. Contact hello@grubroamer.com with your listing link. We may restrict inaccurate, fraudulent, unsafe, or infringing listings and investigate ownership disputes. Removing a listing or withdrawing from alerts does not cancel existing event or payment obligations. The general Terms of Service also apply.
