Terms of Service

The ground rules for using GrubRoamer.

Version:

Using GrubRoamer

GrubRoamer helps customers find food trucks, request offers, and arrange events. These terms apply to customers, visitors, and operators. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business or event you represent. Contact hello@grubroamer.com with questions about these terms.

Our role and the event service

GrubRoamer coordinates the marketplace; independent truck operators prepare and serve the food. Operators are responsible for their staff, vehicles, food safety, licenses, insurance, and performance. A listing or document check is not a government endorsement, a safety certification, or a guarantee of availability or quality. GrubRoamer remains responsible for the services it expressly agrees to provide.

Requests, offers, and payments

Sending a request does not reserve a truck. Review the offer, event details, total price, payment schedule, and cancellation conditions before confirming. Only authorize charges you understand. Any platform fee must be disclosed before you agree to it. Your booking confirmation and the conditions presented for that transaction govern its specific price and scope; the Booking & Cancellation Policy explains how to request changes or help.

Accounts and secure links

Provide accurate contact details and keep passwords and private dashboard or booking links secure. Do not share access to another person’s account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account.

Acceptable use and content

Do not impersonate a business, submit false documents, send spam, interfere with security, scrape private information, or upload unlawful or infringing content. You keep ownership of content you submit and give GrubRoamer permission to store, format, and display listing content to operate and promote your listing on the service. Private verification documents are not public listing content. Only upload material you have the right to provide.

Availability and responsibility

Public records and operator information can become outdated. Confirm important event details and dietary requirements before booking. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every request will receive an offer. To the extent permitted by law, GrubRoamer is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by others or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses fraud or willful misconduct.

Suspension and disputes

We may restrict accounts or content for fraud, safety concerns, misuse, or material breaches of these terms. Existing payment, refund, and event obligations do not disappear when an account is closed. For a dispute, email hello@grubroamer.com with your booking reference and supporting information. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts or applicable consumer rights.

Changes and related policies

The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Operators must also follow the Operator Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new version date and, where appropriate, a notice or renewed acceptance. Changes do not retroactively alter an agreed booking price or cancellation condition.
